At Purposeful Connections, we support autistic and neurodivergent young adults who struggle with independence, depression and anxiety, and managing daily responsibilities like planning, staying organised and following through on tasks. Through a mentoring approach, we provide practical strategies to build life skills, confidence, and emotional resilience. Our goal is to empower young adults to navigate life with independence, purpose, and connection.
